Qualifications:

Nationality: Those with Pakistani nationality can apply, those with AJK/Gilgit Baltistan residence can apply, and those with dual citizenship must give up on the final selection.

Marital status: Both married and unmarried can apply.
Age Restrictions: As of May 1, 2023, AEC is 28 years old, Legal Officers are 28 years old, Reloaded Veterinary and Farm Officers (RV&FC) Civilians are 28 years old, VAS serving RV&FCs are 21 to 35 years old, Psychologists are 28 years old.

Physical standard:

Height: Males should be 5 feet and 4 inches (162.5 cm) tall

Selection and eligibility categories:

For Army Education Officers: MA/MSc/BS (04) in (Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, English, Political Science, History, Islamic Studies/Arabic, Management Science, Geography/GIS) is required for this category.
For Legal Officers: For this category, an application is required for a Bachelor of Laws degree from an HEC-accredited university.
For the Refitted Veterinary and Farm Officer (RV&FC) Corps: Applicants should have a DVM or equivalent degree registered with PVMC. Candidates with an MSc (Honours)/MPhil in a relevant discipline will be given preference.
For psychologists: For this category, an application for the MSc in Psychology is required.

How to apply to join the White Army as a Captain in 2022:

1. All interested applicants have to register online through the website joinpakarmy.gov.pk or from the given link below or from the nearest Army Selection and Recruitment Centre.
2. Registration will open from December 5th to December 31st, 2022.
3. Preliminary tests will be held in January 2023, after which applicants will undergo a written test/intelligence test/personality test, and a preliminary medical test according to the established schedule.
4. Candidates selected by AS&RC will be called for interviews at GHQ Selection Committees in Karachi, Lahore, and Rawalpindi, after which they will undergo a medical examination by CMH and a final selection will be made by CMH.
5. Documents to be presented at AR&SC such as mark sheet, certificate of registration, certificate of domestic work, copy of domicile, 3 color passport size photographs, and original and certified copy of crossed postal order of Rs 100 payable to Directorate General of Personnel, GDPA, GHQ Rawalpindi.
6.
