National Guard Cadets

Eligibility criteria for joining Pak Navy as a PN Cadet:

Gender/Marital Status: Unmarried male citizens of Pakistan are welcome to apply.
Nationality: Applicants with Pakistani nationality are eligible for self-registration.
Height: Males should be "5" feet 4 inches tall.
Age Restriction: Each category that I will mention below has a different age restriction.
Age Restriction for Civilians: For civilians, the age limit shall be 16 1/2 to 21 years.
Age Limits for Candidates for Service: For candidates for service, the age limit shall be 17-23 years (Armed Forces only).

Educational eligibility criteria to join the Pak Navy as a PN Cadet:

Applicants must pass Matric/FS.c/O and A Level with 60% in the following subjects:
physics, mathematics, chemistry
Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science
Physics, Mathematics and Statistics
Candidates with O & A Levels must show an equivalent certificate.
F.Sc. / Candidates for Part-I with a minimum of 65% in A-Leval Part-II may also apply. However, they must provide proof of wish from the head of their respective Faculty/Institute.
FSc/A-Level marked Baloch candidates will receive a 10% relaxation of marks as 50% instead of 60% applies to others.

How to Apply for Pakistan Navy PN Cadets:

Interested candidates who wish to apply can self-register on the website http://www.joinpaknavy.gov.pk.
The registration period is from October 23 to November 6, 2023.
Applications sent to the Director of Recruitment, Headquarters of the Navy, will not be considered for recruitment.
The deadline for applications is June 12, 2023.

Pakistan Navy PN Cadets Selection Procedure:

For the selection process, candidates will first pass the Entrance Examination, the Entrance Exam date will be notified via SMS by their respective PNR and SC after the COVID-19 pandemic situation improves, the examination including Electronic Test/Computer Fundamental Test will be conducted in the following subjects, For example intelligence tests/academic tests (English, Physics, Maths and General Studies).
The results will be notified to everyone after the e-test is completed.
Candidates who qualify for the entrance examination will be eligible for an application form for the Preliminary/Medical Interview which will be held at the respective PNR and SC.
Candidates must have their ears and teeth cleaned by a specialist physician.
Testing and interview will be conducted at ISSB and the candidate's medical examination will be conducted at the nearest CMH/Navy hospital.
Final selection will be made by the Admiralty based on merit.
